3 paragraphs -- who is limiting you to this and who are you writing.

Assuming that you are writing a spouse....I would write 3 long paragraphs about what is going on in life and the family...work, the kids, house stuff....the stuff of life.

well starting in a few weeks I will only have time to check my email on sunday nights, so yeah...I am not sure what I will be focusing on

I would let them know that I miss them, and that they are on my mind and in my heart.

also I would tell them how mean the warden is and ask them to add money to your commissary account
