This could be the result of Braxton-Hicks contractions. These can start at any time, but sometimes you don't feel them. If you're waking up in the morning with a sore belly, you could have been contracting at night and your muscles are sore. Or, this could be because your belly is not supported while you sleep. Have you tried a body pillow? Lay on your side with the body pillow under your belly and between your legs. This may help. They have all kinds of support stuff out there. Maybe try a support belt during the day, too. This will also help with any back problems.
With my first, I had this problem. Once I bought a body pillow and a support belt, the belly and back pain got much better. With my 3rd, the pillow really helped.
Also, this could be round ligament pain. This happens because your belly is stretching and the ligaments are trying to keep up. You could try a heating pad on low heat to help with this pain. I had this with all 3 pregnancies.
If it gets too bad, I'd call your doctor or midwife. They may be able to tell you anything else that you can do.

Obviously the smoking and ingesting is a significant no no. Despite toddlers turning out nice, why might you danger it? Anyway, directly to the deli meat query. Well, there's a few foundation to that. The rationale they are saying you have got to hot the beef as much as smoking is since there's a micro organism that pregnant ladies are way more inclined to that may be determined in those meats. If you trap this, it may be deadly to you and/or the little one. There is a small risk of this taking place, however once more why danger it? Caffeine is an extra arguable one. If taken in extra it could actually honestly rationale miscarriage. One or 2 cups an afternoon are regarded nontoxic, however a few ladies nonetheless select to get rid of it wholly. I selected the latter to err at the aspect of warning. My pal drank a cup everyday and her little one used to be healthful, however he additionally has colic. Who recognise what factors what, you simply need to weigh the professionals and con, the danger elements, and train your self. I procedure matters extra carefully simply since I am a worrier. But, you're proper many of those regulations weren't identified years in the past and tons of toddlers became out healthful. But, with study and extra data we're studying such a lot so why no longer take it and use it.

It has never happened to me but I've hurt in many different places when I was carrying..Im sure it is just normal, just think of what your body is going through and how much weight it has to carry all of a sudden...You can also check out babycenter.com and read up on different pains and whats normal and whats not..I was very paranoid of every little thing I felt when I was pregnant even the really weird stuff but turns out it was all good..Also now that I think of it when you sleep your baby sleeps on the same side you do and maybe there is just too much pressure when you wake up...Its just a little bump causing you discomfort!

It may be that you are lying on it at some point during the night. Or, if you are on your side, which you should be, the weight of your belly could be gravitating towards the bed and consequently would most likely be sore on the opposite side.
If the pains come and go and are not constant like soreness. This could be early contractions and should be checked out.

I had times when it felt like I'd been to several Thanksgiving dinners where I had stuffed myself at all of them...and if I could just change out of my clothes into some loose sweats and a big t-shirt I would be more comfortable...sadly I was already in these clothes most of the time. I started to notice I had these feelings after I had eaten a lot of salty foods and was retaining water. Once I would eliminate the extra salt and I would shed some of the retained water I usually felt better.
Or it could be a gas bubble.

Yes...it sounds weird, but it usually went away when I emptied my bladder, even if it didn't feel full. I just never wanted to roll out of bed to go. And this was also with my 4th!! (Maybe a 4th baby thing LOL)
Pains could also just be from the ligaments and muscles stretching. Or the position you are sleeping in.
It is a good idea to consult your doc about any pains, though.

Yes hunni sometimes when im trying to get off to sleep i have an 'aching' unterus.. just feels really sore and is hard for me to get to sleep. Dont forget whats going on in there! your uterus is growing and the baby is rolling around so your organs and insides are getting squashed and moved.. dont be too worried, as long as there is no bleeding it all sounds normal.
