if u usin internet explorer, go to internet option then click clear history. but u aint done yet. click delete files. then go to content and autocomplete. then clear history again. if u usin mozilla, go to tools and clear errthing.

go to tools options click clear internet downloades ectra,then cleaer it

and hit delete.
