You can check with Kelly Job Services Agency which recently published a generic guideline on current salary scale for each category and industry in Malaysia. Its web site http://www.kellysearch.com I'm not sure if you can download the PDF that contain this information from its web site.
Information such as employee benefits and allowances depends on the company that offers the job! Isnt this obvious!
If you are refering to the Employment Act, check with Ministry of Human Resources. You may get some other information related to workers benefits and such from MTUC and Cuepecs.
