How do u put eyeliner on? I want to know how to put it on the top of your eye, cuz thats the only way i can were it right now...so my eyes look nice and pretty....help would be appreciated....thanks!

make sure your pencil is sharp, then try to trace along your upper eyelid as close to your eyelashes as possible, and trace from one corner of your eyelid to the other.

right along the top of your lashes, and in the lashes. don't just put it long the top of the lashes, because it'll look silly. A bit of mascara sometimes helps if your eyelashes are too thick to put eyeliner over.
If you're applying eyeliner on the bottom eyelid, make sure you pull back the eyelid and put it on the pink part of your eye. Sounds painful, but it's not.

stretch your eyelid by putting your finger on your temple. start the eyeliner at the middle of the eyelid and then work out. Keep the liner as close to the lashes as possible. Steady you arm by setting your elbow on a table or desk.

I put my finger on the outer corner of my eye and pull the lid out until it is tight and then apply the liner right above my lashes in a nice thin solid line.

Start at the outer edge of your eye and steadily draw toward the middle and let it taper off. If you want to line the whole upper lid do the same but make sure the line remains thin. I would not suggest lining the whole top lid if you have small eves.

k stretch out the top part of your eye with your finger. make sure you put it on good! start with light colors (silver nd gold) so oyu can barely notice it if you mess it up xD happenes to everyone
just go slow with the eyeliner and use a q-tip in water over the area you want to get rid of the eyeliner..GL!

If you for one get a eyeliner that is easiest for you: there is liquid, pencil, marker or mechanical. I find liquid too messy, mechanical usually glides on easy, marker is easy to use, and I prefer pencil, it's usually cheap and easy.
Just kinda pull at the outer corner of your eye and start at the outer corner and go in. It takes practice. :) Good luck!

Take and close one eye at a time. and draw a thin line of eyeliner very close to you eyelashes. and then draw anohter one also on the other one. then draw one a little over it and fill the spot in between them. and voila.

rest one elbow on a table or desk and stand/lean in front of a mirror
close one eye with one hand and stretch the eyelid, line the eye with the other hand
make sure you start off with a thin line, you can draw it thicker later

prep: sharpen your eye liner pensil and draw a line as close to your eye as you can if your hands move do little dots really close to each other.
emo: do the same thing but, then after that draw a line a little farther but tuching the frist line ... repeate till its really thick but on eyeshadow that is black on your eye lid it will pass as eyelinear and it is easier to put on.

what i do is use pencil eye liner...i sharpen it really good... and then i use a lighter and melt the top... blow on it so it cools off and then glide on the edge of your eyelid... liquid eyeliner is sometimes really messy...
