Don't hold me to this. However I think INSIDE the City of Riverdale, Morrow/Lake City, Forest Park, and Jonesboro. You can go to like their City Hall for listings. Inside the city limits you have to have a permit for yard/garage sales. I think there is a listing.
I think I heard something inside the lobby of Wal-Mart they might be a listing of yard sales in the area.
