there may be a dead link on macromedia.com because macromedia is owned by adobe now. i don't know if you're wanting the flash player or the program itself, the program itself (for designing flash presentations) is a commercial program which you'd have to purchase form the adobe store at adobe.com

You cannot download Marcromedia flash is because of your browser settings. Can it to medium-low if you are using Internet explorer at the security setting. If it still doesn't solve it, try reinstall your internet explorer as there maybe programs related problems.

I know why because there is no marcromedia flah, and sorry just had to be sarcastic and you mean Macromedia flash . Try download.com or just goo..... and mean yahoo! it.
