just leave it on.
that's my answer. but you do have to edit your power preferences so your computer doesn't turn off after 2 hours of non use. other than that, I don't know.

Turn off anything that will auto-shutdown the computer, and then just leave the computer on along with AIM.

never shut off pc leave it on walk away it'll be there in the morning still running, By leaving pc on 24/7 you can set up auto scanning, for updates,antiVirus protections,and anyother progam you'd like,just make sure your firewall is on and popup blocker is on too.

sign on and when u go to sleep put computer on hibernate or stand-by.
