What was the best Christmas you ever had? I know Christmas is such a great time of year & I am sure you have lots of fond memories but what is the 1 that sticks out the most to you.

A couple years ago my girlfriend got me a miniature Daschund. I still have him and he's my best friend. Has anyone ever given you a best friend before? He is wonderful! Merry Christmas!

In my heart, every Christmas is wonderful. However the first Christmas that I was with my wife, then girlfriend was just warm and magical.
We were both 16, just been dating for 3 months and I knew I was going to marry her. This December will be 34 years of marriage and knowing her for 38 years.

The Christmas after our daughter was born....she was 2 months old.
We were to tired to put up a tree, decorate, buy presents, or make cookies.
We had take out....the 3 of us cuddled in the bed and watched Christmas movies and watched her sleep.
It was the best Christmas I've ever had.

best Christmas ever 1998 when my then fiance proposed on my birthday which is Christmas eve
he decorated the house
cooked a wonderful meal and dessert
had rose pedals everywhere
then he said that he knew that the first date that i was the one he wanted to be his wife, lover, best friend , and mother of his kids will u marry me?
and i said yes
but back when we were boyfriend & girlfriend he use ot say that alot an i thought i was just game to get the panties.LoL the lines men say on first dates to make u swoon etc..

i dressed as an elf one year to convince my little brother that Santa was real. i dressed as a elf because i am a 5 foot women and dressing like Santa seemed like a bad idea. i told him to be good or i would tell Santa on him. he just looked at me in horror and said " you look taller than on TV" and started to cry.
i don't think that i should have woken him up in the middle of the night to do it!!!! hindsight is 20-20 lol

The first one I spent with my now husband and his family. I learned what 'real' presents were, and that holidays don't have to consist of watching one unwrap gifts that they picked out and scream when it's not what they want. *sorry, group therapy over now* LOL
