and when i turn on the den's light the oven comes on ? i rerouted the cable line and my neighbour is banging on my door ? should i drain my pool tomorrow ?

Did you follow the directions in that home repair book written by Larry, Moe and Curly? If so, be careful - when you turn on your gas stove, you might get water coming out from your ceiling lights. And don't flush your toilet when you have a fire burning in the fireplace.

Best thing to do is remove the cover to your electrical panel and poke around in there with a coat hanger. Be certain to hold on to a water or gas pipe while you are doing that. That should take care of all your problems.
