My son complains he doesn't have enough money when I refuse to give him money for something he wants to do - see a movie (theater is down the street), buy candy and pop at the store, go the Mall with his friends, etc.
He's too young for a job and I can't afford to just give him money for no real reason.

If youngsters are worrying about not having enough money to spend , they need to get a job. it is a parents job to get their children motivated to make money.
