I have been looking around, but can't find much. I would like someone for one hour that can entertain a group of small children.

All you need is a 5 year old with a sock puppet to entertain 2 year olds...lol Anything BRIGHT and COLORFUL would keep them just as entertained as anything...lol Why not be creative? If at all possible. Safe-proof a room in your home that needs painting. Get some non-toxic paints. Buy some kiddie painter outfits (or get other moms to help make them) Then just let the little buggers loose for an hour to paint anything they want to on the walls. They will have a blast. Cover the floors with plastic though and give them little goggles to wear. By using a room you plan on painting anyway, you really won't be messing anything up. And you may decide to keep their work of art for awhile anyway ;-)
