I do not know of any female identify that even sounds practically Clifton. In the historical days they could feminize a reputation through including ine, ina or any other feminizing finishing to a reputation. But I do not suppose Cliftonia, Cliftina, or Cliftine are quality sounding feminine types. Clia is approximately as near a reputation as I can discover, however it quite is not all that identical and it does not have the identical that means. It could practically be higher when you simply named her Clifton, which I do not suppose is a quality option. I agree that it is fine to provide that to her as a center identify. What is your grandfather's center identify? Maybe that has a higher feminine variant that you just might use. I like Prander's idea approximately utilizing the identical initials.
