Unless this is a private school, you shouldn't say any prayer. That's liable to get you fired. If it is a private school, then nevermind.
Wait.... are you a student or teacher??? Judging from some of your other questions, I'm guessing now that you are a student. Maybe you should pass this information on to your teacher.

I too believe that prayer should come from the heart, but some good things to include in your prayer would be...God's protection, God's leading and guidance, and maybe add something to do with the students excelling in their studies... but this should utterly be a personal prayer that you pray from your heart and not learn from a person or someone else's prayer...

For opening I would suggest the Our Father for closing maybe the Hail Mary.
