I am interested in a machine that cuts out phrases or alphabets in vinyl. then you put the words on a piece of wood, ceramic tile, or mirror, rub it with tool, or popcyle stick and the words are stuck to the plaque, and you have a cute gift. I have seen many signs, or plaques with this vinyl on them. I dont know what it is called or I could look on the net, but I am really interested in purchasing a machine for my personal use.

You can check at Joann's (crafts or fabrics) any art supply store may have it or maybe able to order it for you.
