I have >100 clients computer must login to domain. Now I want to disable Internet Options at clients computer when login to domain.
So What should I do?

Set policy. It trumps local.

I'm assuming that you're using a Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 domain. If so, you can disable internet options using a group policy setting, and applying it to whichever security group/OU you want (assuming that you don't want all your clients to be affected). I've provided the Microsoft website that deals with Group Policy, for your reference.

in order to do it remotely you'll have to have the remote registry editing service running, which is usually on by default, then the location of the registry entries for internet options are here: http://www.regxplor.com/tweak15.html
