One hundred thousand (I'm assuming you are using a . as the thousands separator, although in the US we would write that as 100,000. But either way, in words that is 'one hundred thousand')

Two answers have been given. Both are right.

In the US, the "." is a decimal, so the answer would be "one hundred"

In Europe, the "." is used to separate thousands, millions, etc, so the answer would be "one hundred thousand" Europeans use "," for the decimal point.
