I had a kidney stone when I wwas young && had a several surgerys plus a stint[I think thats what its called] put in for a week. but now I have flap of skin where I pee from. its like a normal urethra but larger and the end is red purplish. is this normal? is there plastic surgery to get it corrected when I get older, or am I like this for life?

Plastic surgery? Sweetie, unless your a porn model, you don't need plastic surgery down there, and trust me, if you let any men get near there, they're not going to care what it LOOKS like, as long as it FEELS right. I honestly wouldn't worry too much about it.

You talked of when you were young, and then you talked of when you get older, but for strange reason you omitted how old you are now. As for that flap you claim you have; well females actually have two flaps over the urethra and from my experience have learned most females have never even looked at themselves up between those lips so without more info that's about all I have to say on your subject other then when it comes to surgery; if they can remove a p e n i s and turn what is left into a sexually functioning v a g i n a, I'm sure they can rid you of a little flap if that is really the case, but I really have to wonder why you would be concerned with a little something that is up beyone sight in the first place.

If its not hurting don't worry to much because you were in surgery, and plus bring it to the doctors attention to put your mind at ease. Just skin! not a penis!
