i have bee searching for a picture of the dress that lisa kudrow wore in her wedding on friends. i have not had any luck finding anything that shows the details of the front of the dress. if someone knows how to get still images from a dvd and knows what episode i am talking about it would be of great help. i need a picture of it because i am planning to make a similar wedding dress but i have no picture to work with.

Play the dvd on your computer. When you want to take a screen capture, hit the Print Screen button. The image will be copied to the clipboard and then you can paste it to something like MS Paint. From there you could even crop it so you just have the dress and not all the surrounding scene.

you can buy just about any media software..mainly for movies and the likes. they all have the ability to catch frame by frame. so try that. many are on line for free. all you'll need is the friends dvd's
