opinions on columbia college's theatre department?

i'd like any and all opinions on columbia's theatre department. details are good (not just, "ew" or "great!").

More important, is the opinion of the the instructors, in the theatre department. The department cannot teach, teachers teach. The school is only as good as the instructors, that hopefully, turn out excellent actors. From what I heard, it is not as good as it was 20 years ago.
