I don't think one could say yes or no with any certainty. Some people are naturally freethinkers, logical thinkers, scientific thinkers. Such people would likely eventually come to reject creationism even if raised in a creationist environment, unless the creationist parents sufficiently stunted the education of the youngster. (Which sadly, is all too often how creationism is perpetuated.) Likewise, some people have a tendency towards magical thinking and acceptance of religious mythologies. These people even if raised in a secular environment may seek out churches to attend, which may in turn reinforce the creationist idea in that person.
I don't think it's the case that people always rebel against their parents' beliefs. If anything, the great majority of religious believers are of the same religion as their parents. But certain personality traits can push an individual either towards or away from a particular set of beliefs. And separate from that, whether a person accepts or rejects evolution can depend a great deal on the quality of educational environment they are raised in. The overwhelming majority of scientists, in every field, accept evolution, if that's any indication....

Not so. Evolutionists do not need belief, though they have it. The evidence is there for any reasonable person to see. A creationist is not reasonable, by any stretch of the imagination. A certain amount of basic intelligence may have some effect also.

These counterfactual claims make no sense.
"If you were Hitler would you have killed the Jews?"
No, if I was Hitler, I wouldn't BE HERE.
No, if I was Hitler, I wouldn't be "'Me' inside Hitler being Hitler"
I would be Hitler.
I would kill the Jews.
