It seems a lot of people have asked Fergie that same questions. This is what she said:
The song was produced by Polow Da Don (who produced The Pussycat Dolls's "Buttons") with lyrics by Sean Garrett, (who helped on the writing of Usher's "Yeah!"). Fergie describes the song as being "kind of like a punch in the face to let people know I'm coming out.. I've been getting way too into myself nowadays and I just wanna have fun with as many men as I can possible." The song is a club track that only lightly touches on personal lyrics about fame and celebrity ("It's like every time I get up on the dude/Paparazzi put my business in the news").

London Bridge is a metaphor for protection against intruders or more literally, chastity. The song means to say that every time she sees him she feels weak, like she will have no defense against him because she wants him too badly.

No clue my friend.
My take is she's either singing *cheekily* 'bout a guy doing the 'nasty' with her or she's just singing 'bout having fun at the clubs with friends, etc.
She (Fergie) has been pretty ambiguous about the whole actual meaning behind the song saying it depends on the listener to interpret it in their own way.
