Does anyone know the best way to remove lint from sweaters and pants? Everytime I launder my clothes and dry them, when I take them out of the dryer, lint is on my clothes. Lint rollers don't seem to work for me.

Does anyone know how to remove lint from clothing? A lint roller doesn't want. What are some suggestions when a lint brush is not available? When I take my clothes out of the dryer, they have little specks of lint. I have this problem almost on a daily basis.

First, make sure you wash things separately. Do a load of sweaters only. Towels separately. Dress clothes separately, etc. Keeping your sweaters away from your pants should really help. For sweaters, are you sure it's lint and not pilling? You said little round balls. On a sweater that's pilling. That's when the fibers of the sweater kind of bunch up. First, make sure you're washing on delicate or handwash setting. Dry using low heat until damp then dry on a sweater rack or other flat surface. You're abusing your clothes which make them last shorter!
Finally, for sweaters, get a pill remover. Looks like a weird electric razor. That will "shave" the balls off your sweaters. This is slightly damaging your sweaters so use rarely. Eventually, most sweaters will need this treatment even with the best care. Good luck and be good to your clothes!

The fastest, cheapest way to remove it is to take a strip of packing tape and wrap it around your hand. Just lightly touch the clothing with the tape and it will remove the lint cleanly and quickly without damaging the fabric. It's also fast, and easy to do while wearing the clothing. To keep lint or animal hair from actually clinging to your clothes, use Bounce dryer sheets made to repel them.

Take a piece of scotch tape and use the side that is sticky and rub on your shirt Make sure the tape is stuck together like it's an O shape. Stick your index and middle finger between the O shape and rub on the parts where there is lint. You will probably have to do this a couple of times with more and more tape, but it should be effective. It has worked for me.

Have you cleaned out the lint trap of your dryer? That could help. Also there is also a lint shaver just lightly go over the lint areas. These are available at walmart even pharmacies.

The lint rollers that dollar general sells is great for it and you can't go wrong with the price....also you can place the garment back in the dryer for five minutes set on the lowest setting and it helps get the lint off....

besides a lint remover? Packing tape works (as regular tape will take you a week) or even putting it in the dryer again with some bounce. works great for cat/dog hair too

Well one reasion probly why you have lint is beacause you wash your clothes with your towels. Dont worry all you have to do is take duck tape and put it on the area where there is lint and pull also stop washing your clothes with your towels.

Use a big piece of duct tape/any other kind of tape that isn't Scotch or any other kind of generic name of tape, cut a medium-size section of it, roll the piece of tape into a cylinder - being sure to leave a hole in the middle.
