Waste of money, you want a straight through exhaust with equal length headers or manifold and a ceramic cat bypass valve and bypass pipe like a Mitsubishi, if yours has a Cat,, if not, big bore leading to a single out let 2" or less diameer painted black.
That way it looks and sounds nice and smooth and quietish when Mr Plod is around and howls when it starts revving, trouble is you need either grunt at around 3 500 rpm or 7 500 pluss for a 4 to sound good but a Golf does neither.
Twin tail pipes just shout Yoo Hoo Mr Plod Come and book me and hurt the power and fuel mileage.

The BMW is a diesel so very sluggish! HAHA who's he attempting to youngster. The BMW would be swifter than the golfing, constructive it is going to fee extra to maintain yet you would be saving on gas expenditures with the BMW so as that would desire to even issues out. The golfing GTi isn't a foul automobile, i've got had one and that i enjoyed it yet i had no end of problems with it is stupid coil packs and electric issues. and that i offered it through fact everywhere i had examine reported that VW's have been stable, don't be fooled, i offered the golfing after having an R reg Escort Si and the Escort placed the reliability of the golfing to shame, 2 years and an astounding sort of stick on the Escort with no longer a million issue. The BMW, as somebody has already reported is in a distinctive league, you will no longer bypass far incorrect with the BMW. and because it somewhat is a diesel the engine is plenty extra suitable and could final plenty longer before any important paintings is mandatory.

Most aftermarket exhaust mufflers cost around the same price depending on the material (Titanium, Stainless Steel etc). They also offer similar horsepower increase. If you wanna know if it is worth the dosh you will have to find out if it this make & brand is approved by your local authorities! If not you will end up spending extra money to change it back to the OEM exhaust muffler.

If it looks good and sounds right to you, then it was worth every penny and who cares what everyone else thinks. As for the price, sounds about right for a Scorpion. Powerflow are a bit less money but they are all custom systems and you cant buy them 'off the shelf'.
