The vocals are all Robert Plant. He uses double tracking and chorus effects to get that sound.

I have the album somewhere, need to go find it... but I am downstairs and found this on the web...
Lineup: John Bonham (drums); John Paul Jones (bass, keyboards, some backup vocals); Jimmy Page (guitar, some mandolin, some backup vocals); Robert Plant (lead vocals, some harmonica).
Elsewhere on the page they said something about a Sandy Denny doing some back up vocals too.

um...yeah , that's Robert Plant as well , no backup....
