what does "script execution blocked" mean?

I just got a virus alert and it said... status deleted.. twice then this third thing said... detected as VBS/Psyme trojan status.... Script executed please tell me thats a good thing!!!

Well, yeah, it sounds like your antivirus program blocked the execution of a malicious script. I'd do a full scan of the system, just to make sure you've killed it dead.
