me and my friend were wondering what the whole in toilets where your waste goes is called. and the also the one in which the water comes out of?

It's called the trap. The water comes into the bowl from the tank, under the rim of the toilet, not from the hole.

It goes out the drain. The water goes into a reservoir tank and is flushed into the toilet bowl from it.
