Yes it's s*x. It was of a s*xual nature. In this case, it was against her will, so it was rape. I used to know a few guys who cheated on their wives doing oral s*x with another girl, they justified it by saying it wasn't s*x. But it was! Didn't Bill Clinton get busted for this very issue?!

Oral sex is a sex act. He forced her into a sex act so it's rape.
If he had forced her into anal sex, that too would be rape. Sexual intercourse is but one of many sex acts. Penetration with objects would also count.
For those who wonder why she didn't bite, besides the absolute fear she was probably in, ever consider that he still had the free use of his hands to beat the living sh*t out of her? Maybe even a weapon?

Let's take a view from the guy's perspective. He loves you, but he needn't make love, feel fulfulled satisfying you and himself with 'penetration' -- which is frequently very hard work for the male. So...there was my partner who preferred oral, liking to wake me in the morning, half asleep as she urged my pelvis up so she could get between my legs, bend, and place her lips, tongue, hands (but not both) on me...as she fingered (yes, masterbated) herself, timing both my coming and hers to the same happy time.
