I just installed IE7. The menu toolbar (with File, Edit, View, etc) is positioned below the address bar. I can't figure out to switch their positions to have the menu bar on top. How can I do that?

I had comparable problems. I solved it via unlocking the toolbars, commencing a tab. Dragging those white lines that should be slightly no longer effortless to discover before everything around till at last I have been given each little thing merely the way i wanted. Then locked them. Then unlocked them and changed for the lock. Then locked them. After doing this a number of situations it settled down. Then I have been given Firefox. lots quicker. yet you like the two.

you cant move them yet...they didn't give an option to do so in this version..you can only make them bigger or smaller....right click on the toolbar and make sure "lock toolbar" is unchecked to change size

just drag and drop, Internet Explorer supports drag and drop of toolbar.. just go to your toolbar and start dragging the top tollbar below the toolbar below, it would switch.
