House...he gets all the strange cases and manages to find ways to figure them out. He's a curmudgeon, no doubt, with the social skills of a gnat, but if I had something seriously wrong with me, he's the one I'd want on the case. (His "team" is nothing to sneeze at, either.) As for the others...I've never seen Scrubs (I don't do sitcoms), and Grey's Anatomy is not quite as entertaining or sharp as House because it's more like a soap opera with all the relationship and sex stuff.

Although I prefer Grey's Anatomy, I think House is the sharpest, most entertaining one on the list.

Scrubs, it has great humor and a central theme in each episode. Actually Grey's Anatomy is a serious version of Scrubs. It even has the narration.
I've never watched House.

Scrubs is hilarious, along with the occasional "serious moment". There are actual MD's overseeing most of what goes on, to prevent nitpicking. Grey's Anatomy seems to exaggerate a bit with ER scenarios. House - I've never seen nor bothered to spend some time with

Scrubs.
Then House, and in last place Grey's Anatomy.

How do you compare? Scrubs is mainly a comedy, Grey's Anatomy a soap. Saddest thing about them is that Scrubs is probably the most realistic.
