Other than the trophy, every member of the squad and coaching staff get medals.
FIFA also award money to the teams who participate in the World Cup. The further you get the more money you receive, with obviously the winner getting the most.

If they win, brands like Nike and Adidas will wanna print their logos onto the teams shirt so i suppose they get $$$ from there
