In order to be a sexy person, you are very much in tune to your 5 senses and long to kind of have a warm stimulating feeling surrounding you. This would be carried with you when you walk, sit, lay down, interract with the opposite sex. You have to really love your body, be confident, and love sex AND romance. The way you dress should bring this out too. But it comes down to how you feel in your head and how you carry yourself.

It most certainly can, because remember youth is fleeting and does not last long. Looks don't last long, slim figures, thick muscular arms for men, they don't last forever, and even if a person is the best looking person in the world does not mean that they have the moves, the techniques, the knowledge, and the sensuality of someone less attractive. I believe the biggest sensual part of a person is their brain. Because knowing how to use it can make one very sexy by what they think when it is turned into action.

no some people just are not sexy and never will be, but they can be a great and more attractive person by having a great attitude. attitude and personatlity are important to attract people as much as looks but that doesnt mean you can make up for sexiness with out it.
