I think that with a work visa and a passport she'll be able to marry you in the US. But you have little time to do so. Marry her as soon as you can and make sure she applies for a spouse visa and the application is received by immigration before her visa expires. After she gets the spouse visa you'll have to remain married for two years so she can apply for a permanent residency permit or green card. After she gets the green card, if you stay married, she'll have to wait one more year to apply for US citizenship. If you divorce her after she gets the green card, she'll probably have to wait 5 years to apply for citizenship.
If you cannot marry her and she cannot apply before her visa expires, I advice she goes back to Russia and from there apply for a Fiance visa to marry you. After she does, she can apply for a spouse visa. Alternatively, you could go and marry her in Russia or any other country so she can apply directly for a spouse visa.

Just a Q. Is she really your girlfriend and you're marrying her for love, or is she just a friend and you are doing her a favor? (Just curious)

ohh three months is a bit late. She would have to go back for a month or two, then youd have to live together for two years before she is a full us citizen. As long as she is with you in those two years shell have all the rights we would. After two years it doesnt matter if shes married or not shed be a us ciizen

To get married to someone from another country their are still forms and documents that have to be completed even if they are here in the U.S.. Because you only have 3 months I would recommend going to an immigration attorney. Because if you are not sure and try to complete everything yourself any mistakes can delay the process months. Good Luck!!

not that easy
you have to apply and you also have to prove that this is not a marriage of convinience
because you guys are cutting it short (3 months left)
the thing you have to understand is that you have to file the appropriate papers, than wait for an appointment with INS
the best way for you to get more info is to go uscis.gov.

Why would you do that? She'll just her citizenship and leave you after she does. Let her get her citizenship on her own and then marry her........
