Iron Man.

He is more powerfull, gets more chicks, has more money, doesn't give a bad boy "show" (it is a show because stark is 10x the bad *** wolverine is). He took out shield in the Armor Wars when shield stole his designs and consistantly tells the world to go **** themselves rather than sit down and beg. Although he is a superhero, he violates the law when it is in his best interests and goes to extremes as necessary which involves more than whining and bitching about "bieng a loner".

Actually in a recent book Iron man stepped up to wolverine WITHOUT his armor, he has a healing factor equal or greater than wolverine's now. There is absolutely no question that with the armor wolverine would have less of a chance against Iron Man than a doughnut would against a hungry cop.

in terms of coolness you have a guy who has this mock cowboy loner thing going who has failed to make every redhead he has ever come across and loses out to one dimensional characters like cyclops.

OR

one of the most wealthy guys in the marvel universe, who gets tons and tons of chicks (he has probably boned more chicks in one week than wolverine has in his entire 50+ year life). Has way more versitile powers and abilities (he can control and link to computers and electronics with his mind). Is ten times as smart and as so is a "smart" bad ***- meaning he doesn't play rebel, he is one when it is in his interest. Like leading a "hit squad" to kill the leader of the kree during the galactic storm war.

If Iron Man ticked off Wolverine, Wolverine would rip him to shreds. I mean really people, think about it - Wolverine has an adamantium skeleton, with claws - he'd rip right through that cheap tin sheet metal that Iron Man wears ......

You don't say in what respect, so I will have to supply the rest of the question for you.

In terms of their power, Iron Man is the more powerful hero. All he has to do is fly around and use his ranged attack capbilities, and Logan will (unfortunately) not even be able to get close to him with his can openers.

In terms of their humanity, Wolverine is the more compassionate person than Tony Stark.

And that's saying quite a bit.

in terms of raw power? iron man. in terms of humanity? wolverine. he and stark have both lived through some pretty bad things. but, wolverine was able to rise about it and not let him be, you know, such a jerk all the time.

It is a drunk vs a Canadian in popularity contest ... Though perhaps they are the same thing = )

I go with the Canadian, James "Logan/ Wolverine" Howlett. Simply because (for me) it is harder to relate to an insanely rich playboy then it is to relate to a brawler who would like to give in to his dark side.....
