Makeup Tips!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Ok I need help!!! I have brown eyes, dark hair, and light skin! What color eye shadow? Eyeliner on bottom eyelid, top, or both? How do you know if you're wearing too much??? I'm 12 but I look older than I really am!!!!!!!!!!! HeLp mE!!!!!!!!!

put on green pink or like grey eyshadow
use a pink blush
put eyeliner on ur bottome eye but not on the eyelid!(causes infections)
use a lite pink lipgloss

The colours you use are up to you, but with your colouring I would stay with the warm tones - copper, bronze, chocolate, taupe, vanilla. You could go with purple or blue as well, depending on your clothing.
Eyeliner placement depends on the shape of your eye. There are no "rules", but basically the rounder your eye the less liner you need.
If you do want to line both upper and lower lids, use a lipliner brush and brush a very thin line of your contour eyeshadow just at the lash edge. The look is smoky, soft, and more flattering to most faces than the harsher liner pencil or liquid liner.
And since you're asking for help, find a salon or a person that does personal makeovers and invest in a little education for yourself. You will be wearing makeup the rest of your life, you need to learn what works and what doesn't for your face shape and style.
I would help, but unless you live in Toronto Ontario there isn't much I can do (I do personal makeovers as a sideline).

well if you're 12 years old and look older than your age, then make-up is not good for you.. i think you should try to put on some shiny glittery lipgloss leave your hair strait and pin your bangs or ur front hair to the back n plzzz plzzz avoid make-up if you are trying to look younger. n when you go out to parties and stuff you can put on makeup once in a while.. how about u try a golden eye shadow and about the eyeliner well try it on at night or when you're not going anywhere...put some make-up on your skin, note down what looks good and what doesnt and then use the stuff that looks good and avoid things that do not look good. also try different color eyeshadows like if you're wearing white try a white eye shadow n blue if you're wearing blue!!!

eye shodow depends on what you're wearing dear. base it off your clothes not your hair. and if you feel like being a little dramatic put some liner on top. my rule is for school keep it on the bottom only but when i go out top is good too. and btw white eyeliner is coming in =]

eyeliner only on th bottom.ner at the inside of the eye, thicker going out. if you wear macara, then you don't need it on top. thinner is better than thicker. try a neutral but fun eyeshadow like light pink, bronze or light blue.

apply dull eye shadows for this season.like dull greenish ones or even coffee brwn-even golden bronze. in btw ur lashers.dun apply thick layers of it.get huge brushes meant for blushes -if not get dose paddy ones wher eue jus shak and dab it on ur cheeks while eue smile widely. =} yea tts ryt.use pinkish ones.or orangie/peachy colors for blushes.apply eyeliner at the bk of ur eyelids try not to apply on da whole stretch of the lids-thin layering pls.eyeliners rr not meant to bb realie obvious.apply da original color of ur lipstick on the tips of ur upper and lower lips-spread dem,,den finish off wif a gloss.
