My xbox turns on and off...?

My xbox turns on and off three times, then stays on it has a green and red light flashing. The disk tray wont eject, I can do nothing. Can someone give any advice?

The link below may help. There's an FAQ about the colors and the combination, and if there's an error message involved or not. One thing that they did suggest about crashing, is try elevating the power brick so that it's suspended in the air and has good air flow around it. It may be overheating. That's been the biggest problem I've heard of so far.
