where can i find some tabs for a piano, drums, and where guitar notes are located in the piano?

for example in the E string on the third fret, wat is the name of that note and where is it located in the piano...cuz i only know the open notes of all 6 strings(with out pressing on a fret)

um,can't help you on the guitar bit.i'm a drummer girl :)

but i do know www.all-good-tabs.com have some really good lyrics,guitar,bass,and drum tabs.i get all my tabs from them.very wide selection
