in movies you always find the guy running after the girl to get her back..even if he was the one who left her...saying i miss you i made a mistake blah blah...

today that rarely happens am i wrong?? unless the girl breaks up with the guy..the guy will expect the girl to come crawling back to him..and by then he would either be with someone else or not even consider taking a chance when it couldn't HURT A THING!

my bf and i broke up and i know how he is deep down ..and he's acting like an jerk because he is following every move his friend makes...yeah he broke up with me..he broke up with me because he was tired of fighting, the only reason we fought was because he was with his friends 24/7 every SINGLE day and i was there 4 of those days..we never got alone time...EVER......but TRUST ME i know how he is...i just know..and he is letting his friend control his every move because he doesnt want to be known as the pansy in the group..

Is this question focused on movies or your BF?

My wife was cheating on me with one of my best friends. SHE filed for a divorce and never looked back. I asked her to give me another chance several times. She would always say she would think about it and never answered. I would most likely take her back right now and it has been about 3 years since we broke up. By the way, we also have a daughter together (at least I hope she is my daughter, sometimes I have my doubts). I have full custody of my 5 year old and would NOT have it any other way. What did I do wrong??

Okay...
You are focusing way too much on what your ex is doing. You should focus on yourself. Give yourself time to grieve the end of the relationship (it is dead, it is over) then get on with your life.

Life is not like the movies. If they were no one would go to the movies. Movies allow you to escape your problems, not constantly remind you of them.

Stop worring about what your ex is doing. You say yourself that there was "fighting" and you "never got alone" so gone is good.

If you really feel that you cannot handle all your emotions seek counseling. You should not be mourning the loss of a relationship where you fought and never spent time together.

What now? Is this a 'movie' question or a 'relationship' question? You sure you weren't just talking too much when your man tried to win you back? Maybe you just didn't notice because you were so busy being you? Hmmmmm..... just a thought.

They make movies like that because that's the kind of guys we want to be real. It's like a trashy romance novel (not that I've ever read one), it's what women desire, not what we end up with.

don't say it couldn't hurt a thing because it could hurt his pride. He could run back just to leave his pride out there to be annihilated by some chick who laughs at him and tells him its too late.
