You need to give me a little more information here.. Are you referring to how old is a woman when she starts? Usually 2 -3 months before she becomes sexually active.. If asking about taking morning, or evening? It's basically whatever works for the woman so she remembers to take it. Most take it in the am.. I had to take it at night because it made me nausiated. So I took it a bedtime and that way it didn't bother me as much....

every day at the same time. only 21 pills in the pack have hormones in them, the other 7 are so she wont forget to take them.
