I'm asking what nationality your ancestors passed on to you.
I'm 1/16 Polish and 15/16 German.

My dad's family is completly German. My maternal Grandmother's family is completly German.
My maternal Grandfather's mother was polish. (the rest of his family was German) So he's 1/2 Polish. My mom is then 1/4 polish, and I am 1/16 polish.
