Also there are some automated pressing & stretching vertical boards for ironing the trousers? Does these items really works?

There are pressers out there that really do work,but they are hard to use for everything.
I see U have never used an iron that didn't make steam--YES steam irons make a world of difference in expediting the process so U can move on and do something else.

Put foil under your ironing board cover and this will make the job faster. It does work I keep foil on mine.

They do make it faster, but I think you'd have to balance out the cost versus how much ironing you actually do.
