Tell me about the worst teacher you ever had.

I would say that the worst professor I have had is a statistics teacher whos motto was "Classtime is not time to discuss homework questions, if you are having a problem with homework, then maybe you belong back at the community college." She would say this if anyone asked her for help with homework questions, not to mention she talked down to you and let you know repeatedly that no one gets an A or B in her class and if you received a C, then consider yourself lucky.

During senior year of college the students in my English Literature class wanted me to sign a petition against the professor.
I didn't. They were failing. I wasn't.
Good and bad teaching is based on perspective.

He made fun of all the kids, put them on the spot, made them feel stupid. I dropped the class after the first day. It was my extra dropable class. I always picked an extra one so I could drop the worst one. Maybe it got better as the semester progressed. I doubt it though.

The worst professor I ever had was in my advanced audiology class. Not only was she condescending, but she smoked while giving a lecture (this was in 1979). I hated audiology because of her!

Uh, yeah, of path. I'm surprised that there are poor responses to this question. I figured each person had no less than one trainer they favorite, revered, and had been secretly interested in at one time. Guess now not -- To each and every his or her possess.
