Umm, what difference would it make if it was the UK or US?

Hmmm, well I'm Welsh and my BF's English and we're about to have a baby - so does that make it a "mixed race" baby? LOL!

(Actually no it doesn't as we are both the same race just from different parts of the UK)

But seriously, to claim that two people who love each other shouldn't have kids because they are different races is pretty nasty and bigotted. Sort of thing you'd expect from Hitler.

As for "mixed raced people have a hard time in life" - loads of other people have a really sh!t time in life too! Its not always based on your skin colour! Depends how you deal with it.

Personally I prefer guys of my own race (white) but I would never criticise someone for having a baby with someone of another race. If they are able to be good parents and love each other then thats all that matters. The child can be taught about both sides of his heritage.

Do you mean mixed race?

Yeah!! If you love someone who does not have the same Religion/coloured skin as you, but you love them beyond controll and the product of that love is a child, so be it!!

Society will deal with it, because the child was born out of love and may help with relations between cultures at the moment!

The best of both!!! X

Yes, why not? It is fair. The fact that someone is white, black or mixed race or Asian etc doesn't make them a lesser person

Fair to who? The children or society or what?

Yep...a mixture of a male father and a female mother has been working quite successfully for quite a long time.

Yes, if they are loved and provided for. That other way of thinking is antiquated and bigoted.
