i'm an avarage girl but i wanna be thin,just a little skinny... what is the easy , sooner and best way for it?

i dont like sport or work out...an easy way plz!

1. Eliminate as much fat from your diet as possible. Best way is to avoid any and all dairy products. And eat a lot of grilled chicken instead of red meat.

2. Only drink water. Eliminate all sodas, coffee, beer, etc...

3. Eliminate all fried foods.

I located the e-book to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too speedily. well, there's no "easy" way, you're not going to suddenly wake up someday and be a little skinny popular girl. you can start by just around 20 min. of hard exercise, and increase gradually. and don't except results to come at lightning speed. it takes a while. i felt fat in fifth grade, i was 75 pounds and slowly, i cut back on chocolates, and ice cream and sweets, and did some soccer. even if u don't like sports, you can swim or even just do 20 min. of push-up, sit-ups and stretches. there's no "sooner" way of doing it. it's human nature. if u do it, u get results. if u dont, u wont get results. no other way. but start out simple and slow, and then increase ur exercise and cut back on sweets. and don't indulge after u work out--then it means u didnt.sry, but there's no easy way out. but if u don't think ur super fat, don't go on one of those "lean women" diets. eat the RIGHT food, not less food. and get away from the couch. and when you do watch tv, hands out of the Lay's bag. you'll only get worse. that's all the advice i could give 2 u. and u dont need to go on a treadmilll workout evryday. simple and small, but sufficient.

Eat healthy, walk a little bit more, If you don't like sports or working out try Yoga. There is no quick and easy way to lose weight that is healthy. Be smart and start a moderate exercise program. It's good for you!

1.eat healthy stuff
breakfast- cereal like special k but not something too sugary
lunch- chicken, rice, salad, roll, etc.
dinner- steak or chicken, etc, salad, roll, etc.
2. eat smaller portions of your food and avoid late night snacks
3. do 20 crunches a day for a month then progress to 40 or 50, do 10 pushups then progress to 20 or 30, and stretch every morning
4. take up a rec. sport or a workout class
5. run a half a mile everyday for a month then progress to a mile a day
6. eat 3 solid meals a day, and 2 snacks
7. snacks should be something like an apple or banana not jelly creme pie

drink alot of COLD water. the cold water is good because your metabolism has to work harder to heat up the water, the effect being that you burn more calories! i kno u said you dont work out, but this is an easy work out. just walk on a treadmille at a comfortable pace for 30 minutes a day, every day of the week. this really melts off the fat. about eating....i dont really know. weight watchers made me lose 5 pounds a week! its worth the $99 a year.

drink lots of water, eat healthy (ie, lotsa fruits and vegetables) eat very few pieces of candy. try to have as little oily or fatty foods as you can.
and you will have to excercise sooner or later- even if you do eat healthy, you will not burn off calories by lounging around on the couch or sleeping.
try to eat your last meal about maybe 2 hours before you go to bed, because then your metabolism will go down and you will not burn away any calories at all. dont eat midnight snacks.
and watever you do, dont become an anorexic or builimic just because you want to become skinny.

The easiest way to lose weight without hard work is WALKING... if you need to lose weight, you will have to work on it... there is no short cut to it... walking with diet control is the best way... to lose it and also to keep it OFF.... btw, do you like dancing??? thats great for losing weight... all the best... please do not go for crash diets.. it might work for a while, but it always comes back and is really bad for the health... in long term...

You need to eat high protein diet . If you had a couple bucks to spend you could get the Michael Thurman total body workout diet program.

Cut out the pops, juices etc. No sweets. Fruits , vegetables, white meat chicken, egg whites lots of water. No salt, no sugar, no juice, no sweets, no pop.
