block him, or create another e-mail and send ur contacts the new address and tell them why u cancelled ur last one.

Block him in your email file. If worse comes to worse... report him.

What I do is turn my email contact off when that happens. Then they can't email you.

You can block him.Or the dumb way call the police and telll on him,lol.That's what my sister would do.

GO TO HELP ON YOUR MESSENGER PAGE THING AND REPORT A PROBLEM TO YAHOO.
OR YOU CAN RIGHT CLICK ON THEIR NAME THING AND DELETE THEM.
