Wow! GREAT Question! Great taste in music!
I think that had Jimmi lived the world would have seen him to become even more brilliant then what he was.
Looking at that type of projection had Hendrix continued on his path he would have been the biggest. The fact that he designed musical feedback was a stepping Stone for so many.
So to look at both (Jimmi and Eddy) at this point in their lives Jimmi would be better. But that is not to say Eddy can not grow some more and fool us all!

Had he lived, Eddy Shaver would still not be as good as he was.

no one can come close to hendrix. I have seen him in concert [ woodstock] Jazz fest in new orleans.ect.
