Do laugh in your face and talk about you behind your back? I just want to know why one day, this person I work with is nice to me, and the next day she makes underhanded insults to make me feel bad about myself. Is she jealous, or just a meanie?

I think the term you seek is envy and not jealousy. Jealousy typically refers to the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that occur when a person believes a valued relationship is being threatened by a rival. Since this isn't a romantic relationship...that leaves envy, which is an emotion that "occurs when a person lacks another’s superior quality, achievement, or possession and either desires it or wishes that the other lacked it. They're torn between wanting what you have and trying to butter you up. Be warned, envious situations usually end badly.

no longer that many things, different than there is somewhat basically one element that makes me jealous. If i like a guy and he's getting interest from different women, i'm getting jealous. super time. i do no longer destroy the females' lives. i'm in comparison to that; regardless of the undeniable fact that, the jealousy is going to be extra self unfavourable. Which, needless to say, is in no way a competent element in any respect. Sagittarus solar Leo moon Pisces asc. Oh I'm sorry, that must really hurt. Two faced people are confusing in their behavior. I don't know why she is behaving this way. Try ignoring the rude behavior and responding lovingly to the kind behavior. See what effect that has. She might just be insecure. Love and kindness can woo a lot of unkind people away from rude behavior.

the ***** is hating! a hater is someone who throws hate at others to uplift themselves. also known as purging. they dump all their **** on other people in hopes you'll become like them or feel low about who you are.
do not reflect what they show you. hater will not change how they feel towards you.
the less control they have the nastier they get.

Tonight I was laying in bed with my girlfriend and her room mate stormed off in a noticable way. When I commented that I should go because she does not want me around, my girl said that it was all because she was jealous of her for having a nicer looking boyfriend. When I thought about it, my intuition had already told me that. So your intuition is how you know if some one is jealous.

These people who smile at you are basically called "Pleasers" they have very low selfesteem, their whole energy is spent on pleasing people, their life spins on the emotional state of the other, and they will strive to make you happy just to feel good about themselves. They know you are better person than them, they can talk bad things about you behind you and completely deny they said anything. They want to be liked and this is how their sense of self comes from the outside world. They are jealous and dont want people to like you because they want all to like them.
Just dont bother, every act will speak for themselves. they are working towards their own downfall. Be your true self and tell them you dont want to be bothered. Keep them at a distance. They will constantly come to you with sweetness, do not get flattered by them. Keep your self esteem intact and do not depend on her giving you a self esteem. Your feelings are yours and do not allow her to control it. Take the remote control from her hands. Their company can be stressful, why waste your energy in a negative way, use that up for having fun and meeting good people who like you for who you are.

they say mean things that seem to have no purpose. They are unprovoked and make you wonder why they said that. They then look for weaknesses in you that they might exploit. They are jealous because you are strong in some area in which they are weak. Best to avoid them as they will only bring you down. This is why pretty people don't hang around with dorks.

Doesn't matter.
Rise above it & do not respond in kind. There is no point in letting other people on their bad behavior decide how you will act, but that's what many people do.
