And I will have to do the same thing over and over again. Plus it also make a kicking and knocking sounds from under the hood like my engine hood is going to blow. What is the deal with my car.

You have a blown head gasket and possibly a cracked head. Since it is a 93, I would suggest replacing the car. You can get a different car for what it will cost to fix this old beast.

It is sometimes hard to tell if the smoke is a light blue or white, and it may be very hard for someone that has not seen both. I do not think the head gasket is bad. You stated the oil was overfull some people don't pick up on everything you have stated in the question they only know white smoke is head gasket. If you overfill the engine the crankshaft comes in contact with the oil and it causes it to foam, when that happens the crank case ventilation valve which pull fumes out of the pan and puts them into the intake manifold for burning, it will also pull that foam in and that is what is causing the smoke. You need to remove the extra oil as that foam I speak of will lube the engine but it will not be able to hold the valve adjustment and it will start to rattle soon if it isn't already.

Its got to be a blown head gasket, My friend had the same knocking problem, changed the head gasket and the knocking went away. But, you should know, changing the head gasket will take the problem away for a while but you have to fix what caused the head gasket to blow too, make sure you talk to your mechanic about that or he'll end up ripping you off cuz you'll have to fix it again.
