Do you find it easy to make friends? What are your techniques?

Im really good at small talk and that - but I find it hard to get past being acquaintances with people.

Yeah. I find a common bond amon people. I ask about what they like and whom they are. Then I joke around casually and get on their good side. Don't be annoying though. Let everyone talk and don't disrupt...it looks rude.
