He has a microwave in his dorm and a mini kitchen down the hall. Right now he's surviving on ramen noodles and college food. I want to give him something that he would be able to eat out of the package or cook easily but something that's not too unhealthy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

oatmeal, cereal, peanut butter, jam, tea, crackers, canned veggies, tuna, some fresh fruit (but well protected; unless it's already near the end of its life, it should make it through transport)

A can of cream of mushroom soup, some boxed mini Penne Barilla pasta and a can of Kraft shredded Parmesan cheese. tell him to: boil pasta, warmth the soup with only a million/3 of the milk this is directed on the equipment so this is greater a suace than soup. He can upload save offered rotisserie fowl on the part Sprinkle with cheese. wholesome, VERY surprising and what guy won't love a hearty and common meal like that.

Easy Mac, canned soup and tuna fish, summer sausages, beef jerky, gift certificate to the local fast food places, home baked cookies, peanut butter, crackers, jar of instant coffee (if he's a coffee drinker).

canned stuff. it's amazing. there are like really good soups out there now that you just heat up and aren't too unhealthy. not only that but they fill you up too. kraft dinner is a staple... but go down the canned foods aisle and check around there.
